Day 7, "The One Heart"

The seventh day is the completion and the new beginning. Here the Woman and the Man, inner and outer, the sisters and the brothers, the circle and the axis, merge into one field, the One Heart. In this meditation we will allow the whole program to gather within us as wholeness: home and path, softness and strength, feminine and masculine, united in one living human heart. This is a return to the original design: the human being as a whole being.
